Wine Description

Noble golden yellow, ripe loud peach fruit on the nose, very refreshing. The fine acidity structure on the palate gives this white wine its balanced and finesse personality. This harmonious wine has a lot of potential and is characterized by a wonderful elegance, juicy apricot flavors and a long finish.

Dining Recommendation

Goes well with Far Eastern dishes such as a fish curry or tandoori chicken. Also harmonizes excellently with Austrian home cooking, e.g. with baked dishes such as veal sweetbreads or fried chicken with potato and veal salad. Great fits the wine also to the Fegato alla Veneziana (calf’s liver) or a Greek Moussaka.
