Wine Description

Matured and opulent, allows many associations, such as pineapple and nougat as well as old apple varieties, focussed and spicy; great substance but not overloaded; for all the power especially emphasizing the finesse, fruit sweetness and persistent, salty-mineral in the finish, a completely convincing, great Grüner Veltliner with even greater maturation potential.

Dining Recommendation

Excellent with salads with nuts and pesto, provencal vegetables , classic white wine dishes with rather substantial and powerful sauces, roasted veal tenderloin with creme of pesto, mushroom dishes, mild cheese varieties as well as spicier dishes with wild herbs. Above all, with a cigar or for meditation.

Levels of Origin

The SINGLE VINEYARD WINES distinguishes the highest quality of Austrian vineyards. The vineyards are demarcated exactly. This is where the best wines with expressive vineyard character and particular maturation potentiale ripen. Grüner Veltliner & Riesling with DAC Kremstal and Reserve are planted to fit to the particular vineyard.
