Highly mature grape material from selected vineyards and several varieties – Gemischter Satz as well as produced in just one fermentation by the almost forgotten method “Ancestrale”, the cider is drawn into the bottles as the fermentation process decays, closes and keeps fermenting on its own. It creates a natural tingl: Petillant naturel – short, PET NAT. By the autonomy of the yeasts, each bottle is a unique one!

Wine Description

PET NAT– ist ein Schaumwein, hergestellt nach der fast in Vergessenheit geratenen Methode Ancestrale. Die Urform und natürlichste Methode der Schaumweinerzeugung. Ohne Zuckerzusatz und Schwefel kommt der gärende Most in die Flasche. Durch den Druckaufbau entsteht ein natürliches prickeln (Petillant naturel). Durch die Eigenständigkeit der Hefen wird dabei jede Flasche zu einem echten Unikat.
